I noticed my Footjoy Classics Tour shoes take the Pulsar fast twist cleats, however ther are 18 cleats for both shoes and the replacements come in packs of 16. Any reason why two would be missing?

Marshall, there are several brands of golf shoes that will take the Fast Twist cleats however every brand uses a different cleat design that calls for a different number of spikes. Pulsar offers 16 packs of cleats which are plenty for some shoe styles, however not enough for others as in your case.
I have a pair of Footjoy Comfort golf shoes which has the Softspikes, but the color of the thread on the fast twist is black instead of green. Is there any difference and if so, where can I find the
