An Amazing Driver! 8/6/2007
Handicap 10 - 15
Tried this driver at a local golf store and absolutely loved it. The draw helps my "slice" so much. I would highly recommend to anyone with a "slice" or fade.

The best driver on the third stone from the sun 1/29/2007
Handicap 10 - 15
I had a semi no name 455cc driver that I was plenty pleased with but I could either let it go off to the left side of the fairwat or hit a yardadge reduceing "bannana" shot down the middle.I love my heavenwoods so much I looked to Callaway for a new driver.I purchased the draw one with regular flex and can now swing away at full speed strait down the center of the fairway.Needless to say my scores have droped dramatically without chanceing my swing or my ball other than swinging effortlessly at full speed of the tee.Two of my clubs par 4s are now par threes for me.I think that says it best.

No more excusses when you're using this driver 1/6/2007
Handicap 10 - 15
I had a semi generic 455cc driver and couldnt get rid of my fade without a yardadge reduceing bannana shot.I got the fushion ft-3 draw bias and now on our clubs 353 yord par 4 #1 hole I hit consistantly strait to the front of the green and my war bird ball rolls up to within 1 put distnce from the pin.Its so controllable I can let it draw or hit it strait down the middle at whim, cosistantly. And its so easy to get just the right distance its like the club just reads my mind. Now if I could only hit my short irons.

FT-3 driver 9/12/2006
Handicap 20-30
I was reluctant to change drivers as my Wilson was long and straight. I tried the FT-3 at a promotion and was immediately hooked. Am a senior with the regular shaft, 10 degree draw and am outdriving my younger buddies by up to 40 yards, and usually in the short grass (they keep wanting to check if my driver is legal, lol). It gets twice the useage now as they all want to try it out.

Hello, I understand most drivers come in a 10.5 and 9.5 degree loft. I use a 10.5. When teeing off, my ball usually has a lot of loft and goes really high in the air, should I switch to a 9.5 degree

Thank you for your question. Is it worth testing out? Absolutely. Will the 9.5 give you a more penetrating ball flight is the question. Most golfers would kill to have more hang time but I know how you feel. I was in the same boat at one time and tested different lofts much like you. I ended up staying with the higher loft though. I would test it prior to officially making a move. Play Well, Johnny

In general, the 9.5 degree will tend to give a lower ball flight. However, the shaft also contributes to launch angle. Find a Golf shop that has a simulator that can measure your swing path, launch angle, club-head speed, ball speed, spin and distance. With this information, your Pro can tell you if you need a different club, or just a new shaft.

Thank you for your question. You would fall in the 'Regular' flex category based upon your swing speed. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you, Johnny

I have used the YS-6 shaft in the 905T and the FT-i with pretty good success. Can you name me a couple other shafts that you think would give me the same "feel" and control? Thanks.

Thank you for your inquiry. There are a few other brands that have similar weight and launch profiles of the Graphite Design YS series. You should notice that the Aldila NVS 65, the Graphalloy ProLaunch 65, the UST V2 67, and the Fujikura E360 are all very comparable.
