Golfballs.com Staff Review: from Chris
LONG! LONG! Did I mention this ball is long? 5/24/2007
Handicap 0 - 5
This ball has a tremendous feel off of any club in the bag. Excellent durability combined with superior distance make this ball perfect for any golfer. Another great product from Srixon!
Scuff Proof but not anywhere near as soft as 2009 NXT Tour 6/20/2009
Handicap 6 - 10
Played 18 holes with this ball yesterday, very impressive durability but it is far from being soft, it's no rock but it's not an overly great "feel ball". Value is still good as is distance.

Goof for corporate logos 10/6/2008
Handicap 10 - 15
This ball was the perfect ball for corporate golf logo balls. Most of our clients don't have the high swing speed needed for higher priced golf balls. Our clients were really impressed with the ball and how good our custom logo looked on them.

Wow 7/15/2008
Handicap 10 - 15
This ball feels awesome off of any club. Great distance, decent spin and rolls very smooth off of putter. Best kept secret in golf.

Nice! 10/8/2007
Handicap 10 - 15
Finally, this is the ball I have been waiting for. It's a great all around golf ball. Long and straight off the tee and soft around the greens. I have a driver swing speed of 92 MPH and this ball is perfect for me! AD333 is good but this is better, just a little softer around the greens. I've chipped in several shots with this ball, it has a great feel and checks nicely. Highly Recommended!!!

Hi, thanks for your question. Both of these balls fit into your range of compression with that swing speed. the tri-speed is a slightly higher quality ball for a higher price. -Parker

is a soft ball equate to low compression? Some soft balls feel heavy to me. I think I need a ball around 75 compression. Any sugestions? Thanks

Hi, thanks for the question. A soft ball does not necessarily have a low compression. The softness comes from the cover. The Bridgestone B330RX has a compression of 76. The Srixon Z-star has a compression of 79 and it is a very soft ball. You may like either of these. -Parker
