Henry, there are no logos on the cap so I can embroider on any section or pole of the cap you may need.
I noticed the only two colors you have in the blank unstructered hat (SKU A2935)are Orange and Yellow, will you be getting any Navy Blue back in stock soon?

I am looking for a cap I can personalize that does not have the adjustable strap in the back, but is solid. Can you tell me if you carry those? I can't seem to find them on your site.

Most hats are a one size fits all. The exception would be any cap that is considered a FlexFit cap and offers a variety of sizes. Those may be your best bet.

I too, have a rather large melon, but I was very surprised how much these caps stretch out and I have a small/medium and it fits just fine...the medium/large was too big
I have a larger head. would you consider this cap on the larger side? Inc height.. thx

I wouldn't recommend the Crunch Cap for anyone with a larger head size. I would be more inclined to wear a flexfit style cap in the largest size available. This way it offers a little more give with the flexible band for sizing.
