Scotch Gard your hats. If you get rust or sweat stains, just take a clean damp cloth and clean it. you will also never have to wash it. scotch guard makes it water proof as-well.......

The hats are very compfortable and old their shape very well. I had mine personalized which is very well done. the only problems with having the metal inside the bill of the cap is that is leaves rust marks after it gets wet. I like the marker being in this position however I bought the stone color and it shows the rust in this area. I suggest a dark color if you decide to buy this hat.

We can certainly do our best to accomodate you on the Titleist Caps but we do not carry a fitted Cleveland cap. Also a fitted cap can not be embroidered as the mesh or stretch fit can not be embroidered upon. Once stretched and then embroidered upon it could not stretch back to it's original size.

We have found through experience that 10 characters tends to be a magic number for total # of characters you can print on a cap. Anything more and it has caused problems. Most hats are a one size fits all. The exception would be any cap that is considered a FlexFit cap and offers a variety of sizes. Those may be your best bet.

I too, have a rather large melon, but I was very surprised how much these caps stretch out and I have a small/medium and it fits just fine...the medium/large was too big

I wouldn't recommend the Crunch Cap for anyone with a larger head size. I would be more inclined to wear a flexfit style cap in the largest size available. This way it offers a little more give with the flexible band for sizing.
