Golfballs.com Dozen a Day Official Rules

By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Golfballs.com, Callaway Golf (and its subsidiaries), allaway Golf Pre-Owned/Shop.CallawayGolf.com and/or their marketing partners, sponsors, agents, and employees from any issue or damage arising from your participation in this contest. No purchase required. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

How to enter: To enter online, complete the online form located at any one of the Golfballs.com, Inc.'s marketing partner sites or click here with your correct unique email address and zip code, then, click the 'enter' button. Alternatively, print your name, address, daytime phone number, and age on a postcard (only), affix appropriate postage, and mail to Golfballs.com, Inc, 126 Arnould Blvd., Lafayette, LA 70506. All mailed entries must be received by 12/31/2008 to be eligible for the Grand Prize. All entries become the property of Golfballs.com, Inc. and will not be returned or acknowledged. Photographic or incomplete entries are void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, mutilated, misdirected, or incomplete electronic entries for any reason.

A person is eligible to win more than one daily prize and is eligible to win both daily prizes and the Grand Prize. The more days you enter the sweepstakes, the greater your chances of winning the grand prize.

Who can win: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their household residents of Golfballs.com, Callaway Golf, Callaway Golf Pre-Owned, or any of its network affiliates, sponsors, or partner web sites are not eligible.

Entry Limits: Only natural persons may enter the contest, using his/her own unique email address; only one entry will be allowed in any 24-hour period. Any attempt by a person to enter more than permitted will result in disqualification of the entrant, at the discretion of Golfballs.com, upon verification.

Odds of winning: Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. This contest will be running on more than one partner's website at the same time.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that all and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Louisiana, Lafayette Parish, and be subject to the laws of the State of Louisiana. Should there be a conflict between the laws of Louisiana and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Opt In: By entering Contest you understand that your registration information may be shared with our marketing partners and you opt in to receive email from Golfballs.com (and its partners), Callaway Golf (and its subsidiaries) and Callaway Golf Pre-owned. You also agree to receive the email listing all prizewinners at the end of the promotion. You may opt out of the Golfballs.com email list or any marketing partners email list at any time, by following opt-out instructions on any such emails.

Ball Winners: One winner of a dozen balls will be selected from all contest entries at random on a daily basis received (electronically or by mail delivery) on the previous day. Contest starting date/time is 7/1/2008 at 8:00 a.m. CST, and last day of the contest 12/31/2008 at 8:00 a.m. CST. A total of 90 dozen Callaway golf balls (approximate retail value of $25 to $45 per dozen) will be given away.

Grand Prize: One grand-prize winner will be chosen at random on or before 1/15/2009 from all of the valid daily entries received (electronically or by mail delivery) through 12/31/2008, and one set of Callaway Golf Irons and a Callaway Golf Staff Bag (approximate retail value of $900) will be given away and shipped to the single winner.

Notification to Winner/Forfeiture of Prize: Each winner will be emailed (if electronically entry is drawn), mailed or telephoned (if mailed entry is drawn) and has 7 days from date email is sent, mail is sent, or telephoned to respond and confirm any requested information necessary to confirm their eligibility, their shipping address, and whether right or left handed golfer (in the case of Grand Prize) or the prize will be forfeited. Prize will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of confirmation with shipping instructions.

List of Winners: An email will be issued, following the Grand Prize drawing, providing a complete list of winners. The name of all winners, state of residence will be displayed on a special page made on Golfballs.com for this purpose throughout the contest, which can be located here. A list of all winners can also be obtained by sending a request for same with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Golfballs.com, Inc, 126 Arnould Blvd., Lafayette, LA 70506 after 1/31/2009.

Taxes: Any tax liabilities are solely the responsibility of any winner and the Grand Prize winner will be required to provide his or her United States social security number for tax purposes.

Limit of Liability: Golfballs.com or marketing partners will assume no responsibility for errors, injury, or any other matter relating to or resulting from entering contest.

Contest void where prohibited. No cash will be substituted for prizes. Golfballs.com, Inc. shall be deemed the sole interpreter of the rules and conditions and any decisions shall be final.
